Combrei Empower

This deck is nothing amazing and definitely not competitive in the current meta but it has been a lot of fun to play. I ranked up from Gold 3 to Diamond 3 at a steady pace of 5 to 1.

The deck originally ran 4 Avigraft but with the nerf, 4JJ was too much for this deck.

This deck is simple to play and makes big units very quick. You're looking to get to 3 max power (preferably JJT) after that you can play everything in the deck and can hold your power to activate Empower when you can get max effect.

At best this deck can activate Empower 4 times: Play a power, Activate Icaria, Valkyrie Captain, Target Hojan, Crownbreaker for renown, and trigger Siraf's Beacon. If you have more than one beacon, you can get a 5th, 6th, or maybe 7th Empower Trigger.

In most games, it has been Resolute Monk that has made the difference. The +2/+2 and overwhelm makes all the difference in the early game where most deck have little to no blocking answer to a 5/3 or 7/5 overwhelm.

If this deck hasn't won't by turn 4, keeping power available for Stand Together is key.

This deck has a hard match up against other aggro decks that will trade or clear your units with Torch.
