Maybe you could cut some of the infiltrate units by 1-2 copies or the Fanatic and fix the power base a bit by removing seats, banners or waystones. Also I would prefer Strategize over Wisdom, because of inluence needs. And don't play Eye of winter - before you have 2 power left to spend on the eye you are in the late game and the game's almost over.
If you want to splash Primal I would just put 4x Permafrost and 4x Strategize in.

That makes sense, in hindsight your 3 slot is already pretty full to consider Wisdom of the Elders, hadn't really thought about the overall power efficiency of the deck, since I generally always have power floating here in Control land.
