So...was thinking...hammer of unity, eremot's machinations. What tribal can you play in TJS to abuse these shenanigans? Well, why not combine Wirt's Leg and a Tome of Town Portal to find out?
Reasoning behind this deck is fairly simple: warleader and longhorn are terrific cards, Auric Record Keeper is a 4/4 for 3, banish is basically deathstrike on steroids in this meta, we all know how busted CPG is with targets, sprinkle in some interaction and finest hours, add in Harga for the minotaur payoff (not sure if she should be cut for stand togethers so you can recur aegis overwhelm moos), then find a couple of good 1-drops for CPG to target when you don't have a hammer of unity on someone.
So, influence base for this deck is dirt easy. Just TJS, one of each, and with everything in this deck except press-gangs and machinations costing 3 or less, with longhorn and hammer of unity helping with costs, you can run it on 25 power (though maybe a little more would be optimal).
Anyhow, I think any aggressive tribal you can assemble in TJS has a good chance of being nasty right now thanks to a combination of hammer of unity and machination spam. And if you have a tribal-specific payoff, so much the better.
Enjoy being the Cow King =P.
I definitely Kerendon Merchant pinged my Harga so I switched it out for Hidden Road Smuggler. Main decked the Banish and Machinations and filled the market with silver bullets.
Hmm... strangers?
