Description
Tempo ramping deck that aims to land better units in a short term. Solid & consistent on it's plan deck.

Game Plan
Start ramping towards 7+ power on turn 2. Use Bond mechanic to make some really good plays.

Cards & Reasoning
Units:
- Coretap Maximizer: ramp unit, as well as hard to block/attack into unit.
- Powercell: ramp unit, as well as scaling Decay threat. As added benefit you can Bond it with enough scaling.
- Monolith Guardian: win condition. Easy to get this buffed as early as turn 4. Good Bond target.
- Redplate Crasher: average unit, good Bond target, coz he can buff itself.
- Infused Guardian: power stabilisation due to Pledge, scaling win condition and perfect target for Bond, due to it's Endurance ability.
- Tempered Sentinel: unexpected unit on turn 3-4. If you have Scourstone Sentinel play it first and then Bond it to Tempered Sentinel to have it attacking same turn. It's possible to chain such play as early as turn 4.
- Scourstone Sentinel: win condition, especially having it early on. Coz in most cases you can Bond it off pretty early.

Relics:
- Xultan Eldermark: early game stabilisation, late game card draw and enabler for Coretap Maximizer.
- Ancient Defenses: it's all we want in one card. It's a relic, that do matter for Coretap Maximizer & Monolith Guardian. It's Summon ability is a removal or finisher. It's passive effect do matter. Both in making your units powerful and reducing Bond cost.
- Coveted Gemstone: relic, ramp and market access.

Spells:
- Ignite: cheap unit removal.
- Sear: unit, site removal or possible finisher.

Market:
- Porcelain Mask: way to go through champ blockers.
- Magmatic Sentinel: unit removal and threat, all in one.
- Pillar of Amar: win condition. Overpower your board with 5/5s.
- Shugo's Hooked Sword: win condition & removal, especially good vs control. Onis you make from attack both good in protecting sword as well as added aggression.
- Silver Titan: win condition as well as card replacement.

I really enjoy this deck, it has been really helpful. I tried to play around and make a few changes just to see if the deck could be upgraded. I'd be interested to see what people think: https://eternalwarcry.com/decks/d/_4Eg1AT8wGU/the-ancients

Sentinel Mold is not want you want in this deck. It's more beneficial in a go wide strategy. Try it with cards like Rat Cage, Recycle and many others. Mold shines in a decks with low amount of units and a lot of non unit sources of playing units, so you can buff particular units like Scrapmetal Fury, Zuberi, Outlands Warlord, Arach, Razorshaper, Milos, Unwavering Idealist, Highland Sharpshooter and more.
Blazing Salvo is good addition to the deck.
Sear vs Laser Blast. I am more on the flexible side, being able to deal 3 face damage matters more then dealing more damage to units/sites. Sear also can target sites. But both should work.
Also upload your collection to the EWC, it's a tradition for me to build decks for those who follow me.

Thank you! I appreciate the feedback. I noticed Mold wasn't helpful when playing the deck and went back to Xultan Eldermark. I was trying to prevent a situation where Monolith Guardian triggers Eldermark to sacrifice and losses it's own buff, but that is rare. I uploaded my cards, so let the tradition continue (though I'm new, so I only have a few).

i think im going to try this one but use that 4 drop sentinel that stops flying and the 6 drop 6/6 that does 2 damage and draws a card. should i cut the 9 drop and the monolith sent?
Drexell Eternal Version: 22.08.17
nvm i just read the bottom comment that said not to substitute anything
Candy Eternal Version: 22.05.24
Ive been using this deck in Unleash and as strange as it is, it still feels really strong, the fact that I can get a huge board out of no where is incredible. I was wondering if you think that there would be any changes to this listing as of today?
Hexxen Eternal Version: 22.05.24
There can be some changes, I update most-to-all my lists as fast as I can do it. I just didn't get to this list yet.
Candy Eternal Version: 22.05.24
Ah, alright thanks for the heads up.
Lifeseeker128 Eternal Version: 22.01.31
Gotta love those big, stompy robots.
Hexxen Eternal Version: 22.01.31
Glad you like it.

I've really gotten into the swing of this deck. I love it. I prioritize the + max power cards with my initial draws and win almost anytime I can get a relic and a Coretap Maximizer in my first hand. It's so effective, I'm surprised I haven't run into anyone else piloting it yet. I've got a 67% win rate with it so far.
Hexxen Eternal Version: 21.12.09
Yeah, when you know deck you play good enough it's easy to build your strategy beforehand. Deck indeed really consistent.
Hexxen Eternal Version: 21.11.18
Cold Hunt - no changes yet.
Totalnoob Eternal Version: 21.05.18
Love this deck - what upgrades would you suggest aiming towards? I was thinking maybe something like pyrotech explosion would be a good fit?
ViciVG Eternal Version: 21.06.09
I was enjoying this deck a lot so I made some changes that I feel made it stronger (got me up to diamond for the first time). You can look at it over here https://eternalwarcry.com/decks/d/bDgpckx1CJQ/ancient-beatdown. The biggest thing was adding some cards from one of the mini sets and a few more rares. Also, Laser Blast is amazing removal and or finisher in this deck.
Totalnoob Eternal Version: 21.06.09
Nice one thanks I have implemented some of your changes :)
Hexxen Edited Eternal Version: 21.05.18
As many of my budget decks, this doesn't have upgrade path. You don't have good Bond sentinels in rare+ slot worth aiming for. So I wouldn't bother making this strategy work in non budget shell.
