Information

Despite the title it does not in fact run any Prosecutor at Arms or Copperhall Bailiff.

I haven't been keeping record of this deck's exact performance, but it has at least gotten 4 successful runs in the past two days at Masters: twice against Highly Skilled for the final boss, once against the "spells generates minions" boss whose name I can't be assed to remember, and once against Defender of the Spire. Not many things compare to the feeling of beating Caiphus at his own cheese game by bashing his face in with an activated Lilcaria wearing a 10/10 Mantle.

The plan is very straightforward: beat the bot's face in with a deck composed entirely of fliers to ignore their minions. Weapons combined with Endurance/Lifesteal give you excellent racing potential, along with the chump valks spawned by Amilli. Peacekeeper's Prod is run over Hammer of Might for the same reason, as the stun can tip the race in your favor by stunning a big minion and/or help push damage via stunning a flying enemy (and Mantle is run for the more immediate power boost over having some of the stats split into a Warcry that you may not draw in time).

Update: Spireguard has been swapped out for Tinker Overseer as the former was too slow and vulnerable, and Tinker is the only cheap flier really worth a slot that we aren't already running. I still haven't been keeping tally of the deck's exact winrate because I'm a garbage person, but the consistency is still real; not even Sudden Death dropping Bandit Queen on three minions has been able to win (Mindless Aggression being on the play with a crapton of Oni Ronins, Lethrai Rangers, and a Shogun's Scepter sure was, though that has been the only boss loss insofar).

I can also now say with certainty that this deck typically has no issue with the usual problem decks like Wump's Party, so long as you mulligan/scout aggressively for the cards you need for a specific matchup (Lifesteal for the very aggressive decks, Endurance/Aegis for the more stun/Permafrost-happy decks, etc.); the decks I tend to be concerned with are any with Shadow influence, due to Vara's Choice being so favorable against Icaria on curve and Annihilate hitting everything not named Silverwing Familiar if I can't comfortably float the power for Intervention. My losses have usually come from being skunked by my own draws or being too greedy with Icaria ramps over playing actual 3-drops, rather than any particular decks running roughshod over this deck's strategy.
