An update on one of my favorite decks of yesteryear - Tinman's
Tinpile. I've been trying and tweaking this in ladder with mixed results.
Control the board and try to win with
Sword of the Sky King or
The Last Word. If those cards are removed, there's not much else that can be done.
Looking for helpful suggestions! Other than 'don't play this deck'...
Card choices that don't feel right so far:
Deafening Word - Feels redundant, and would rather have another finisher... but really good in clutch situations...
Waylay - Great functionality, but no need for its decimate ability and it's redundant with
Turn to Seed Card choices that I'm more solid on but open to feedback:
Annihilate - I play this over
Cast into Shadow because 3 power is too slow in the ramp phase and the decimate ability of
Cast into Shadow hurts.
Eilyn's Choice - Seems quite good in the meta vs another control deck, but not good if the opponent is going wide...
The original had a
Hooru Banner available in the market; but I'm not so sure I'd go that route...
