1. It seems like you could go down to two but the extra raw cards are very necessary.
2. 4th sanctuary priest or even mainboard a few devoteds for the extra lifegain. I also could see cutting one or two hooru and upping vitals.

Manus has some great deck ideas and his adaptation of the mask deck into a control shell was helpful for brewing this.
I do however think this deck is way more fun than Shimmerpack and has a good pack matchup.

No Disjunction main deck or in the market ?

How do you handle Icaria without Wasp also ? No Power Stone to ramp ?

You could easily cut a reclaimer for a disjunction. I sometimes found attachments to be an issue but played through double Disciplinary weights to a win two games. So while I agree it is a weakness of the market it tends to be dealt with through other means. Weapons has always had a bad chalice matchup. It would be nice to have an answer to azindels admittedly but they usually have too hard a time dealing with everything you are doing to win if you resolve some owls.

Icaria is deadly on curve. No other turn. And mostly only if she chains into other Icarias. One is dealt with through owls, as well as harsh rule or desert Marshal. Combrei healer pops Icarias aegis well.

You will find that you would rather curve out through 4 pretty regularly. Extra lands from Voice ensures a smooth curve out as well as the main advantage of providing extra card supply for your merchants and stratagizes.

All in all i would sideboard some Icaria answers, and toy with a disjunction in the Market.
