Immortalize is perhaps the perfect card to bump the Wisp recursion archetype up to a decent tier deck!
Basic game plan:
Get killer on one of your baby wisps (
Weary Spiteling,
Pathlighter).
Use
Soulbringer and
Shadowlands Guide to bring them back and grow them.
Save
Dark Return for your fetch units and paly
Immortalize on your wisps.
Decimate isn't so bad because your highest cost unit is only 4 power.
Chain
deadly & killer from
Pathlighter using
exhalted and watch the shenanigans ensue.

EDIT:
Worthy Cause is another great sac outlet to save your wisps from silencing and kill a unit along the way. The decimate ability isn't great unless you're already swinging with a ton of units, but can help save your booty in a pinch.

I really love your Wisp decks! Very much! I'm trying to find and create an iteration that works well for me.
If you are still playing I have a few questions for you: Did you remove Void drummer because he is not good enough ? And what about the Mitotic Wisp and some big Radiants combo from your previous deck? Is Xenan temple really worth it in the main deck without Mitotic Wisp ?
Is there new cards that weren't out at that time that I shouldn't miss ?

The lack of regular market really hurts the deck mechanic, in my opinion, because the consistency is no longer there.
