Fair Katra Combo

This is a take on Katra, the Devoted combo but in a fair Lifeforce shell. I think Almost's Katra Twist - V1 is the best incarnation of hard combo so far but if you're trying to just play fair, this might be good. Hell, we actually COULD try to do this exact thing in an Evenhanded Golem shell. Maybe I'll try that next....
