Pretty good mono green/justice deck. The feathers help the Paladin fly over blockers and trigger both Warcry and Oathbrook. I use Tinker Apprentice, Protect, and Finest Hour to keep Hero of the People alive for a turn until I can proc her with: Auric Sentry, Loyal Watchwing, Silverwing Familiar, Valkyrie Enforce, etc.

Swapping in Emerald Monument could work well too.
