This is the deck I used to reach master this month (in between losing lots of games with various bad Prixis/Spitefeeder decks). I didn't track my winrate, but it was at least solid. I don't think this deck is as good as, say,
Crunch-less Dragoncrunch, but I've had a lot of fun with it.
The basic gameplan for the deck is straightforward: make an Aegis Berserk Double Damage Endurance Lifesteal Unblockable 8/8 Urska and do 32 damage in a single turn. This is achieved by using Herald's Song, Nocturnal Observer, and Kosul Brigade itself to discard Relia, Bart, and the star of the deck, Corrupted Umbren (known as Corrumbren among drafters). Then Honor of the Fallen becomes an unholy mixture of Gift of Battle, Accelerated Evolution, and Righteous Fury. Merchants make this plan surprisingly consistent, especially since you don't usually need the full set of skills and Torgov is an excellent substitute for Urska.
Some notes on the deck (which is extremely tricky to play optimally... I still make mistakes with it myself):
1) You usually want to play Chairman's Contracts before sigils, seals, or undepleted seats if you don't need the influence immediately, since Contracts can hit Privilege of Rank or give you more information about what you will have in the void for future Honors. You don't actually need double influence until T4 (for Torgov) or T5 (for Harsh Rule), so there's no rush in the early turns. Playing Contracts early also can mean that a topdecked T4 Diplomatic Seal is still live to give you the influence you need.
2) Don't be fooled by the Diplomatic Seals and Shadow cards in this deck - you should only get Shadow influence if you already have access to JJPP with cards in your hand and are sure you will be able to get it in time. The Shadow cards are intended to be discarded, not played.
3) You often want to stop at 6 power in this deck and hold other power to discard for value. Winchest Merchant -> Honor is a common 7 power play, but you don't actually have to play the 7th power until you need it (assuming it is undepleted; also, Crests are usually worth playing anyway).
4) You often want to hold onto Herald's Songs as cards to discard to Observers or Brigades, bottom with Strategizes, or exchange with Merchants. You also often play them (especially to discard Privilege, dig for power drops, avoid discarding to hand size, or dig for action when flooded), but don't just play them whenever you can without thinking about it.
5) One common use of Strategize in this deck is recycling J sigils for Privilege of Rank. For this reason, if you already have JJ influence then you should play other power before playing J sigils from your hand.
6) Getting maximal value from Privilege of Rank can be tricky in general. Obviously you ideally want to discard Privilege to Song, Observer, or Brigade, but you also want to be careful to avoid needing to discard to hand size. Often it can be correct to discard a non-Privilege card if discarding Privilege would make you discard to hand size and you will be able to discard Privilege on the following turn instead. Of course, missing out on Privilege value is better than missing your 4th, 5th, or 6th power drop if it comes to that.
7) The split merchant package in this deck probably looks strange. Usually Brigade is the most important card to get (if you don't have one yet), followed by Honor (though sometimes you wait until T7 to get Honor and play it immediately). Banner is very nice sometimes for making sure you hit your power drops and can give PP influence for T4 Torgov. Harsh Rule and Rain of Frogs are rarer cards to get, but are very powerful when they are good. If you want to add something to the market, I would cut Rain.
8) For Honor, the relevant cards to have in your void are as follows: (1) Corrumbren gives Berserk Lifesteal (2) Relia gives Double Damage Endurance (3) Bart and Winchest Merchant both give evasion, though Bart can be important to get through flying blockers or Sandstorm Titan/Scarf (4) Bart and Jennev Merchant both give aegis, which is important against Desert Marshal or in situations where you aren't killing in a single turn (5) Relia and Brigade both give Endurance, which is most relevant for breaking Permafrost.
9) The first question that most people ask about this list is why it isn't playing Icaria, which looks at first like one of the best cards to use with Honor. I actually had 3 Icarias in the original version of this deck, but I realized quickly that they weren't actually that good because this a terrible deck for warcry. Warcries that hit uncastable units like Corrumbren or other Icarias are just wasted, and Torgov and Brigade are already very large. Winchest Merchant is the only actual good warcry hit in the deck. Given that, Icaria mostly just provides flying and aegis, and I prefer Bart.
10) Remember Relia's ability when deciding whether to keep/redraw. 1 power hands with 1-2 Relias can be quite good, and 2 power hands with 1 Relia are usually very good. In general the keep/redraw decision with this deck is very difficult - on the draw I really hope for a Permafrost or Unstable Form so that I don't lose to Teacher of Humility, but also I want to have some form of card draw or Merchant. Hands with Privilege + Song or Observer are usually worth keeping too.
11) This deck was inspired by
Cosplay 'Caria: Keep it Relia, one of my favorite set 3 decks.
Between Korovyat Palace and Honor of Claws in addition to Hooru's existing card draw, hand size is reliably out of control. Once your card draw starts moving, ramping to 8+ is almost effortless, and your hand gets bigger rather than smaller. For this deck in particular, Korovyat Palace is especially good as a way to enable Torgov since it grants Endurance as a passive and can be used to give him +4/+4 and Aegis for protection and/or Berserk to close games. With so much card draw and discard outlets, I've put Icaria back into the deck so that the combo has charge if you play Honor the Fallen on Torgov for 8 power (or 10 power with Kosul Brigade). Tons of fun!
