Information

Apparently the AI just has no understanding of how Fiera's ability works, and will play as if it doesn't exist. Thus I made a deck of entirely reasonable aegis creatures and ways to find Fiera out of the market. My manabases suck, but I'm not sure what I would change to make this one better. Scornful Elite could also be in here if it turns out gauntlet aggros too hard, but it hasn't been a problem so far.

after extensive testing, i feel that the deck needs some sort of life gain. most of my losses are due to getting swarmed, since the units dont really trade all that well, and not being able to stabilize around turn 4-5. A single crownwatch tactics would often make the difference. Not sure if the standard, or styer's eyes for access? for turn 5 req for standard could be too later, but eyes has no aegis, and i wouldnt know what to replace.

edit: also this run of testing had a very large number of games where the oppo were stuck on 2-3 power, (over 20%)

edit 2: after thinking about it some more, i think save the day is the perfect card for market. after some more runs, there have been tons of situations where that card would have saved the day(sorry pun, cant help it)

The yeti could probably be swapped out for Throne Warden. I may have gone too hard on Crafty Infiltration. Vision of Austerity is probably fine to swap out for Save the Day. I don't think I've gotten it out even once.

really liking the updated list. Snowcrust Yeti was underperforming quite a bit compared to the rest of the units, and i found myself generally keeping it for market unless I could turn 1 it. Throne Warden slots in perfectly on 4 after marketing for General Fiera on 3, while stopping a lot more attacks on that turn then the previous units were (pretty much had to bank harder on a warcry/Crafty Infiltration buffed unit) as there are a decent amount of 3 power units it checks. I think im overvaluing Save the Day. With Warden, im not running into nearly as many situations that id need it on the defensive, and the few times i did use it was mainly for stunning a bunch of big beefy units after already using Manacles to end the game in a turn or two after a stand-off, so ill keep thinking about that slot as i continue to test. Great deck btw. Having lots of fun.

Have you had any problems with the lack of redundancy on the General? I'm terrified that the one would get double-tapped in a single turn. You know, the AI being the cheating bastard it is XD

Hasn't been a problem, the AI tends to use its removal on the smaller dudes. If you suspect that the AI is sandbagging removal then you can wait until you have a bubble shield ready to go, but it's not like this deck can't win without Fiera. You tend to dominate removal heavy decks anyway because everything you have has aegis.
