10/23/18 Update: Made some significant changes after playing the deck in the tournament (both quite successful).

Still works pretty well and still One of my personal favourites.
Fast Speed Madness is still completely broken, the Market helps a lot to streamline and make the deck more consistent, and Learned Herbalist in combination with Mask of Torment can ramp up scaringly fast.
Maybe an alternative idea for Temporal Control players after the Channel the Tempest nerf.
A Temporal Distortion control deck that ramps up with Mask of Torment and usually finishes with either the Tormentor/Spitelings, The Great Parliament, The Last Word and/or Talir, Unbound (+instant Ultimates).
