[WIP] Razca's Dragon Circus

Something I've been brewing ever since Razca, Rewarded was released in the new campaign's pre-order package. Its slightly meme but I think it has potential, mostly since skycragg dragons is currently quite well-positioned in this expedition rotation. Compared to the popular cragg aggro dragons list, this deck opts for a slower defensive start into bigger lategame value plays.

Our main goal here is to abuse Tattoo Dragon's ability with Razca 2 to pressure the board hard with 2/2 oni tokens. Unlike the snakes from Cinder Clutch they won't immediately all get wiped from the excellent new Blightmoth card and, even if they do become 1/1s for a bit, can be used as sacrificial fodder for Display of Menace. The rest of this deck is basically a typical Felnscar Dragon deck that revolves around burn spells and Dragon Forge to push hard for a mid-game lethal; we have plenty of fallback options if the main game plan falls apart and it's super easy to tutor out exactly the dragon you need in a given situation with Dragon Forge.

The sideboard has some other cards that I've considered or tested, but have cut from this deck for whatever reason; I'm happy to go into detail on them if enough people are interested.
