It refresh all your mana to use more things on the opponent turn, not just to make some spells fast. It also help to use Talir's ultimate early.

not being rude here but - like what? Everything else you have can do that on its own. I mean sure you have a couple spells in the market that will work but seems like a waste of a slot for what few spells you have to work with the effect.
