This is my latest version of Temporal Control, the deck is a lot of fun if you like playing control decks. I'll run down some of the card choices and if you have any questions or any input feel free to ask.
Excavate/Disjunction
I like the 1-1 split of Excavate and Disjunction, Excavate can be use to get back Temporal or Sword of the Sky King like Disjunction but I use it more to buyback Channel of the Tempest. Disjunction is a way to buyback your relics but also gives another way to deal with Armory style decks, both are great but do different jobs.
Lightning Strike
It may be limited as to when you can cast it but it's great, it kills most early game units and blows up an unbuffed Starsteel Daisho, I wouldn't run to many as they can get stuck in your hands against some decks.
Vanquish/Eilyn's Choice
Vanquish is pretty obvious to work out what its job is, it kills anything big but Eilyn's Choice can be Vanquish "3-4" in some match ups but is great against other control decks as it can negate other Channel of the Tempest.
Seek Power/Find the Way/Eilyn's Faver
Seek Power again is obvious, this is a three faction deck you need all your colours. With this deck you want to make all your power drops each turn and you don't mind if they are depleted most of the time, Find the Way helps out a lot with that. The one Eilyn's Faver may look weird but you need PPPP for Channel so it help with that and the face aegis goes a long way.
Moondial
Paying five power to draw a card looks bad but with Temporal you want a spend your mana on your turn and this does a good job.
Bring Down
This is something I've been testing out, it's been ok but it can definitely be cut probably for another Vanquish.
Lumen Reclaimer
The card is great, you want the games to go long so being able to re-buy everything in your void is fantastic, just be aware that you may shuffle in dead Seek Power/Find the Ways.
Celestial Omem
I've seen some people playing two copies of Temporal and one Celestial Omen but I prefer playing one Temporal and two Celestial Omen as it can be anything you need it to be.
Stronghold's Visage
This card will save you so many games and is insane with Sword of the Sky King, I feel like two is the right number.

I like temporal control decks but the problem is fetching the temporal stone+influence fast enough.
Have you tested it on the ladder ?
I know what you mean about the influence, the deck really needs the other crests in it's factions.
I've tested a little on ladder, it feels good. There are a bunch of Mask decks running so the format is slow enough to play a deck like this.
