The idea that spawned this deck was to curve Kaspar into drillmaster, then developing more if he goes through. Most Kaspar decks I've seen are very grindy control decks designed to maximize the value of his relic-doubling ability on stuff like Crystalline Chalice. This deck makes use of that ability too, but is really designed to maximize his power-refilling ability and exalted.
