Levitate nerf hurts a lot. I dont think it's good in it's current state, but it might be feasible enough with some changes. You could probably turn the levitates into pummels, changeestiks, or a mix of both. I also would definitely try to get 3 or 4 shugo standards, maybe jumping power up to 26 or 27.
