Justice of Fire and Ice

A controldeck that utilises the new Hooru bombs that was just realesed Champion of Order and Kothon, the Far-Watcher.
Its basically a Icaria blue shell with better finisher and new counterspells in Eiylins and Kaleb's Choicecards.
