This deck is pretty self-explanatory.
Play sigils, play better creatures than their's, cast
Xenan Initiation on
Dawnwalker.
Avoid over-extending into
Harsh Rule.
I love the addition of
Moondial into this deck. It really gives you that extra "Oomph" if the games go long. Also, you can use it as bait for the opponent to Dysjunction instead of your
Xenan Obelisk.
The real stars of this decks are... well.. all the big dudes.
Mystic Ascendant goes without saying. He's a staple in every time-based deck. Warrants a removal/silence spell almost immediately or he gets REALLY out of hand.
Worldbearer Behemoth is the Ascendant's BFF. These two together are insane, and must be dealt with. I feel like getting them both out might be a little overboard, as they're good on their own.
Timekeeper also plays really well with the Behemoth. I usually hold onto this card until after I see a
Harsh Rule or they attempt to deal with my other fatties and are running low on cards.
Sandstorm Titan is an absolute HOUSE. More often than not, he'll come down on turn three just to meet a
Vanquish or
Annihilate. But... when he sticks, I've usually already won.
Dawnwalker is a bread-and-butter staple. Amazing with, or without Killer. More than half of your creatures bring him back, and if you have an Obelisk out, the opponent usually just quits.
Like I said, this deck is really straightforward. While it's not an a+space deck, it's quite quick and incredibly resilient.
Just remember, don't overextend into mass-removal. Each of your creatures can win the game on their own, and some do it -very- well in pairs.
Smash faces!
