Royal Decree is the card that made this Archetype viable. I've played variations of this deck since Citywide ban came out, and never was it as strong as right now.

Fair warning: The removal suite needs constant fixing, depending on what you're facing the most until the Meta is settled. Deck seems strong but inconsistent. Market hate might be a problem.
But god damn, is it fun
