My Eternal port of one of the most interesting deck to have ever existed.
The deck is split between 2 phase:
Deck phase and
Market phase.
Deck phase
In
Deck Phase, your goal is to gather resources such as influence, max power, card and health while going trough your deck as fast as you can.

Influence :
Grand Builder and Power are our only way to gain influence and since we don't run Fire Power, at least 1
Grand Builder should be used to gain Fire influence.
At Any Cost ,
Helio, the Skywinder and
Rebuild are our card that require influence
but At Any Cost (except in case of emergency) isn't a priority. Gaining Primal influence for
Helio, the Skywinder will accelerate the rate at which you go trough your deck.

Health : To gain health, you have access to
Temple Scribe ,
Prosperity of the Reach ,
Rebuild ,
Grand Builder ,
Feln Painting and
At Any Cost .

Card : Deck is running plenty of card draw so here's some of the more thing to know.
Display of Knowledge
is used to draw
Moondial once it's out of the Market.
Do not use Prosperity of the Reach if you have 10 or more unit for 2 reason: 1. Doing it in
Market phase is better. 2. It shuffle back 10 unit in your deck which slow you down.
Thing to note:
The 3 Emblem should only be decimated if you really need a unit.
Also, don't mind using
At Any Cost ,
Moondial and/or
Savage Incursion in
Deck , they are there for that. On the other hand,
Hoarding Builder and/or
Deleph's Awakening should be sent back to the market ASAP, since they are enable for our
Market phase loop.
Other than that you should have plenty of defensive option and that's a good thing because defense is what we want to do for now.
Market phase
This is the fun part... for us. This is the moment where we abus- make use of the resources we've been making during the
Deck phase . At this point our deck should be nearly empty, we have either 2
Wasteland Broker or a 10 unit
Prosperity of the Reach in hand and a
Hoarding Builder in the market. The first thing to do is to grab
Hoarding Builder from the market and put at least 1
Wasteland Broker in there so we can keep a steady supply of market shenanigan. For the other card a
Rebuild or whatever you need will do the trick. With our second
Wasteland Broker we grab more broker!! From this point on
Hoarding Builder should always be putting a
Hoarding Builder or
Wasteland Broker in the market when you aren't sure how much of those you have. This is also a good moment for
Deleph's Awakening since it will draw 4 to 6 card while also creating more Broker and more builder. When your loop is secured, Grab whatever you fancy from the deck with Builder and Broker combo.
Thing to note:
Prosperity of the Reach can save you if you trog yourself out of the loop.
Grand Builder should always go for Fire influence to buff
Rebuild unless you don't have
At Any Cost already activated.
Savage Incursion ,
Deleph's Awakening ,
Prosperity of the Reach , destiny
Rebuild and
Moondial should become your main way of drawing at this point.
You can technically start the
Market phase whenever you want, do note that it might be less consistent tho.
Final point
Some card such as
Diabolic Machinations ,
Strategize , other market entry or etc... could be run in the deck and maybe increase overall performance. This is just the version i came up with and tested with impressive success.
What surprised me the most however was that this type of deck could exist and work in a game with 75 card minimum deck and with no card that allow you to burn your entire deck. Kinda hope in the future we can get better tool to make this type of deck even more functionnal,
Hoarding Builder +
Wasteland Broker and
From Beyond are in my honnest opinion, a pretty good start.

For some reason, deck with transform card
Rain of Frogs ,
Royal Decree , mill and other unpleasant surprise have been way too common to only run 1 market access.
So these change should have made the deck slightly more robust to handle mill and transform element better.
