It's a fine ladder deck if somewhat volatile. No changes are needed except what you deem necessary against the meta. Cinder Yeti may substitute for Shogun's Scepter if you wish.

Sometimes the meta is just hostile and it's not your fault.
Prioritize getting the warcry train going. Prioritize playing weapons so they don't get stuck in your hand. Predict what blockers your opponent will probably play, so you don't use your removal/trick on a lesser threat and get walled by the next.
