no, I don't think this is entirely refined but the amount of tutors (8) are probably enough to set you up with the warp stranger, thats your rebuild mechanic, along with the site everything costs one less so you get to go ham.

Between Traver's Farm and the Reunite you have 8 draws (for a stranger, no less) and then Fortunate Stranger should usually be played so it can draw a card too (even if it is removed on the opponent's turn. I think that's probably enough
