So I actually have been using a factionless deck in Throne with pretty decent success. It doesn't win every game but it wins more than it loses. You are missing some of the most important cards in the deck though. For example, the best non-power card in the whole deck is Petition which you don't have here. Often it is a 2 mana 5/5 dragon outright. Anyway, if you are interested in seeing my list, let me know - like I said, it's quite different than this one but functions very well.
