My most successful experiment with Divining Rod yet. It's basically the Hooru Fliers framework with the rod turning Illumination Wisp into a Fourth-Tree Elder, hopefully bringing out Nictotraxian in the process. The top end is all fate cards, so it doesn't matter too much if you draw them early.

Vapor Hut is surprisingly effective at de-cluttering your top 4 before the rod hits the field.
