First attempt in a long while for Hooru Control, 14-6 so far. Mainly lost when I didn't draw a wincon or wipes. First thing I want to change is the Permafrost for a Vision of Austerity. Might want to tweak the numbers for my wincons as well as the card draw spells, Privilege of Rank, and Eilyn's Choice to 3 mb.
