This deck is basically the good old Temporal Control. It works because you play 10
Harsh Rules,
Temporal Distortion,
Pit of Lenekta and the rest is mostly card draw or the occasional removal in
Clan Standard or
Hailstorm.
The game plan is mostly straightforward: Play Power, Ramp, Draw Cards, play
Harsh Rule, draw more cards, ramp up to your finishers, play more
Harsh Rule, play your finishers, maybe play another
Harsh Rule.
Temporal Distortion makes it so that it's always your turn, for twice the
Harsh Rule and card draw.
Transpose is there because it gives you more Aegis on your face, protecting your relics, and because a 4-cost Market can be surprisingly good. It also removes Aegis on the enemy face so that you can
Avigraft annoying things if needed, without opponent having a way to interfere with it unless they play
Transpose or
Unseal themselves, but if they do, they shouldn't really have any annoying units for the most part.
Dissociate should probably be replaced with something better, but it deals both with spells and attachments, could be replaced with
Unseal or
Swift Refusal.
