An update of Baleb the Menace for Expedition.

It's not very good.

Pretty much everything essential is in but losing Dreamsnatcher is the biggest hit. I tried to replace it with a 1 drop since most other switches are more expensive. You can use Bloodseeker instead but having him permafrost can really suck. Unfamiliar Interloper could be decent too to get 2 blocks and some extra Strange Broker hits.
