Exactly what it's called.

Basically you chump, durdle, remove, durdle, disjunction cookbooks, silence everything, Harsh Rule, durdle some more, warp End of the Story, maybe slap your opponent around with your SotSK a bit and if you're running low on cards, get a Reclaimer out and refill your deck to start all over again. Play Temporal Distortion so you can do all these things on yours and your opponent's turn!

Decent heal, lots of draw, prepare to bore your opponents to death!

Not an efficient ladder deck or remotely competitive in this meta!
