Why are people sleeping on Markos?

Perhaps it's just me, but I feel Markos Stormhalt is a very good card. He slots nicely into any decent Huroo midrange strat where you just wanna bury your opponent in card advantage and big units.
The question card is Kodosh's Stranger. It could simply be another market access card but for now it's doing a decent bit of work pumping smaller units. Left to do it's thing Kira turns him into a real beat stick.

Rest of the deck is stock Huroo, nothing new, nothing fancy. Just J/P smashing face.
Any improvements and suggestions are as always a welcome debate.
