Rakano Armory with a few unusual picks. I wanted to get a bit more value out of
Rise to the Challenge so added
Crowd Favorite which then can grab you another weapon and play it immediately (
Sword of Icaria or
Miner's Musket). It makes taking the turn off to Rise feel a bit better since you can get a removal spell while also putting something on the board in one card. I cut down on the
Icaria, the Liberator because I personally think putting that many 7 drops into your deck with bare minimum power is just not good, and you generally don't need more than one of her to finish most games. This deck also runs more units than normal Armory would so you have other ways to win the game if you get hit by
In Cold Blood or lose your
Starsteel Daisho without needing to rely on
Reforge or
Smuggler's Stash.
Many decks don't do much in early turns so new Icky (
Icaria, Valkyrie Captain) can let you get ahead on power, and the Musket or
Sower of Dissent also function as early plays vs Aggro as well as providing later advantage.
Copperhall Bailiff is basically the nut vs Praxis token decks while also being another source of warcries for finishing the game out (granted he won't get to attack very much vs SST decks, but we have other options for those). Combined w/
Rakano Artisan, the early plays can pressure the more controlling and you don't care if they die, as their enhancements to the rest of are deck are the real problem for Unitless Control. Buffing up the cheaper relic weapons also is a lot of value when combined with the Crowd Favorite.
Not claiming this is going to be a great deck but I thought it was a different enough take on an old strategy that I would share.
