You can just play Nimble Conscript in his place, or you can play Vara if you want to have more staying power. Eclipse Dragon is 5 cost and I think that is too expensive.

No, queen is the best 4 drops in Stonescar and nothing can replace her. You have to look for other deck if you don't have her.

Any chance you think the deck is viable without ripknife and desecrate? Could you suggest reasonable replacements? I’m mainly a drafter and have got only Jekk and Horrus campaigns.

DESECRATE: you can play 1 more suffocate, 1 more annihilate, and play 2 other filler cards such as 2 Cremate
