Agree, 0 cost do nothing << 1 cost do something. The miracle t1 clear the way can't possibly happen enough to get more equity than 3 more okessa and + something ( many niche 2cc to choose from).

and allows for instant-triggering of promenade patrol even on t3

however, would also like to see at least the draw-from-void 2-cost card, heh. what a weird deck =)
