Bandit Queen seems pretty weak here, you have very few units that stick.
Does Miner's Musket have great impact here? Well, you can kill some stuff, but not that impact on the reduce cost.
From these you have already 3 slots for Cat Burglar. I don't know, you can try it out.

I can see some candidates. Miner's Musket, Bandit Queen and Cabal Countess (maybe just cut one of countess).
