Skyscrapper Budget Deck

This deck does away with most of the legendaries that are needed for proper skyscragg aggro. I've instead added in some froggies, including rain of frogs which you don't have to add but I did for the memes and also because it won me more than a few games.

I also added in fliers with aegis because you know what people don't expect in your deck of aggro creatures? fliers. useless understat-ed fliers.. that become monsters when you add weapons to them and can't be blocked by anything else because everyone plays good fliers that cost above 5...

I'll write a bit more in depth later but well, this deck got me an almost 80 90% win rate and carried me almost single-handedly from gold I to masters in a single morning...
