Rasputin, Russian Ranger

The purpose of this deck was to try and build the best shell for Star-Reader Severin...which may be a terrible idea, but that's never stopped me before! So what we have here is a Fearbinder combo deck, using Rasputin and Dawnwalker repeatedly. (Dawnwalker is better in this Severin deck than Severin is, sadly.)

Some notes and sub-combos:
- If you don't draw DW or Sev, start eating rats with Fearbinder.
- Secret Passage is amazing with both DW and Sev, because it makes them permanently Unblockable, and you were going to sacrifice them to Fearbinder or Dumping Ground anyway.
- Governor Sahin is great for turning unusable extra relics (like Curator's Spear or surplus Passages) into Xenan Obelisk, and also for repeatedly buying back Severin.
