Information

This is a deck that can fight the big decks by playing Azindel's Gift. Because so many people are going to be greedy and play giant stuff, you get to strip them out of their hands with discard. Remember, just because you have a lot of power doesn't mean there wont be aggro decks. Cheap removal and board clears are still important. Having 2 extra power is great but if you are playing cards on 3 that require double colours you may as well be holding a 4 drop. Mono colour is the way to go with this event and this deck is a cheap way to surprise the fatty decks. You win with Impending Doom and Colony Matron most of the time. You have plenty of discard to take your opponents weapons and weird cards leaving them only creatures which you get to kill with Annihilate and Deathstrike! I have a feeling there will be aggro decks around and the big decks will get swarmed too quickly. Good luck boys and girls, lets make this event rock. If you have any comments or suggestions let me know in the comments :) As always, from Jacob, God bless!

Edit - Ended 4-3. 1 game to bad mulligan. 1 game lost to Gearcruncher (grenadin), and 1 game to big Time (double carnosaur draw against double Steward was pretty rough).

I'm 3-2 with this deck so far, one loss to Scraptank/Gearcruncher (mostly the Gearcruncher), and the other to a mulligan into 2x shadow sigil, 2x sleepless nights, 2x Azindel's gift and a Devestating Setback, proceeded to get steamrolled by a Time deck. Can't fault the deck for that bad draw though.

I played 3 event runs, and it did okay, a lot more midrange than I thought. Still solid though!
