Played this deck on stream to a 29-24 record. Started around rank 80, peaked at 25, and finally settled back around 80. You can find the video here: https://www.twitch.tv/videos/335118353 0:12:00 - 6:31:24
The base of the deck is the typical Argenport Midrange shell but I've made a few minor card changes. I wasn't impressed with Tavrod in a world filled with Slay, Vanquish, and Rizahn. I also did not like Auric Runehammer with Combrei Aggro on the decline and nightfall strategies/cards on the rise. These got replaced with Makto and main deck Reinvigorate.
Inquisitor Makto - Makto is much better than Tavrod against hard removal. Makto also flies over ground blockers letting you actually race against other aggro and midrange deck. Being able to block and trade with Rizahn, Icaria, and Caiphus(most of the time) is a huge benefit as well.
Reinvigorate - At worst it's typically a 2 mana finest hour but the blowouts with this card are huge! When used on a lifesteal unit, you can push through more damage, gain more life, and still be back to block all but ensuring that you can win in a racing situation. Reinvigorating a permafrosted Vara against Skycrag or Haunted Highway is one of the best feelings ever.
The singleton Diplomatic Seal - 25 power felt like not enough so I added a 26th. Diplomatic seal was the best available as it helps you get JJ or SS in a redraw situation as well as comes in non depleted to make sure you can still curve out all the way up to 5.
Bloodletter - I'm not totally sold on this card yet. The deck is fairly resilient to Vanquish and i think that's a major boon for the deck. Bloodletter makes you more susceptible to that removal spell. Bloodletter does present a faster clock when played on a flying unit which has been relevant. It's possible Stonepowder Alchemist is better in this version of the deck, but I haven't tested it yet.
I really like the deck against aggro decks and feel pretty comfortable against midrange decks. Cookbook control decks aren't unwinnable but it is definitely an uphill battle.
Give the deck a shot and let me know what you think :)
