The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
The person who got second place in the tourney played the same exact deck (minus 2 cards (1 fire sigil and 1 annihilate) and sideboard isn't meaningful on ladder).
Keep trying! If there's 2 people who can play this and bulldoze a tourney, you can bulldoze a ladder :3
Sideboards aren't meaningful??? Wrong. Using the sideboard is exactly how you can make this deck potentially work on ladder.
The deck ought to be great on ladder because it was great in ETS, you say. WRONG AGAIN. The tournament meta is VERY different than the ladder meta. Specifically, it is much slower and greedier. The most important reason for this is that it's a best of 3 format -- which means that you have a sideboard with access to hard aggro counters. And it's exactly those sideboard cards that you need to consider when playing a tournament deck on ladder.
In this list's sideboard there aren't any obvious aggro counters. But that doesn't mean they aren't there. For ladder I'd be trying to lower the curve a bit. I'd be looking to make space for Enforcers and maybe Maiden and/or a couple Sabotages. Running Copperhall Bailiffs is a good option in a heavily aggro meta. However, camat0, being both the deck designer and a far better player than me, would be the best one for advice on modifying the list.
It's quite possible the deck isn't suited for ladder play at all and the kinds of changes you'd have to make to it would water down its plan too much... Again, I'd defer to more knowledgeable players on this.

It's well known that camat0 cheats.
