So back to one of my favorite card types, curses! Hooru deck uses some of the newer curses in Manacles and Thicket Trap along with some of the old fan favorite curses in Permafrost and Avigraft.

We utilize a couple one offs for utility as well as inscribe such as Skycrag Synthesis and Svetya's Decree.

May swap the lone Hooru Blueprints for something, not sure what we would want as a one off.

The deck just wasn't built with Restrained Action in mind. We have no 1 drops, I don't think it makes the deck better adding 1 drops for it. Thanks for the suggestion however!
