This is a Chalice deck that runs primarily Justice.
It also runs a lot of Endurance flyers.
It also runs a lot of Lifesteal.
Basically, I'm trying to make Chalice a bit less boring to me.
It's kind of working, at least in the testing stages. We'll see in the grind...
Changes:
Out with the early double-Time dudes and in with more Justice-oriented ones.
Icaria, Valkyrie Captain, for example, can give us an endurance flyer that also ramps us on 3.
Unseen Commando is just ridiculously solid, especially since his pump doesn't interfere with Chalice activations.
Karmic Guardian is a personal holdover, but only because she does so many things I want in this deck. She stalls, she takes Chalice pumps, and she has 2+ battle skills. What's not to love?
Worth noting,
Icaria, Valkyrie Captain does a LOT of what we want, but if you're planning to pump her with Chalice, you need to do that
before her ultimate. If you pull your 6th Justice source with that, she won't be in Chalice range any more. (You also really *do* want to use her ult, as it's more ramp, which this deck craves.) Just something to consider.
The rest is pretty stock. I'm not reinventing the wheel here.
