Realistically you probably want a few other cards such as Eye of Winter or something to slow down the game but this is just the first iteration. Probably needs more discard outlets as well.

Basic principle: discard Decimate, then cast it a few times using the South-Wind Herald by itself or the combo of Herald with Iceberg Scattershot

Everyone is thinking too small with their combo decks, so I went big. Have fun and let me know what you think about the deck. Later.
