The plan is to get out an early Fire Sale or Partnership Agreement, which will almost always benefit you way more than it benefits the AI. In the dream draw, you land this on turn three and you're dropping Icaria, the Liberator or Telut, Queen's Hand on turn four. But, even if you play these later in the game, you are poised to take advantage of them with Marshal Ironthorn and Pyrotech Explosion out of the market.

Chemical Rounds, Copperhall Bailiff, Spirit Guide, and Valkyrie Enforcer are there to slow down the AI's early game just long enough for you to develop into something large and menacing.
