Sadly Oizio doesn't trigger the summon effect of the thing he's copying. An optimized version of this deck might tilt the influence more towards shadow to play Tasbu over Caiphus. Rost and Oizio is a bit of a nonbo, sadly.

I took this deck, removed 3 primal sigils, swapped in 3 shadow sigils, and swapped out the 4 caiphus for 4 Tasbus and I'm stomping the ladder. It's so much fun

The deck has literally no 1, 2 or three drops. Except Oizio, and smuggler.
So it would be better to run other cards that can actually give mana consistently like seats and igsignias. With the exception of creat obviously.

I am running no 1 mana removals in the deck which makes curving out much more important against aggro. Hailstorm or Malediction a turn late can be the difference between victory and death, especially on the draw. Against control you can typically afford sandbagging your ChaCun a turn or two to ensure it comes down with aegis, so I haven't found activating his abilities to be a problem.
