The ShiftstonedEternal Power Calculator is a deck-building tool that visualizes your odds of drawing enough Influence and Power based specifically on the cards found in your deck.
The outlook doesn't look great, honestly. The overarching advice I can give is to find a way to get more instant value from the Rod play, beyond the potential 12 life from Horn. In Charge Rod decks, you're dropping big bodies that can attack that turn (and hoping one of them is Kaleb so he buffs the others), finishing off a life total you've been wearing down for the past 5 turns with other Chargers. Cult Aspirant could be a target for buffs off the lifegain from the Horn, but +4/+4 (best case) doesn't get you very far.
Weaknesses I see:
1. You're very vulnerable to Rule after a successful Rod play- I'd prioritize counters over removal.
2. You need some more draw/cycling to make sure you can play a Rod on 6. I'd recommend Nocturnal Observer because you can cycle Dawnwalkers and the Nightfall will grab you some extra draws.
3. The top end of the deck (Cirso, Worldbearer) aren't really game-winners. There are easier, more predictable ways to have a couple big Elysian bodies on the board by Turn 6. Talir, Who Sees Beyond and Adaptive Predator might help you close the deal better. If you want to be crazy, throw in Lavablood Goliath and no Fire Influence and just hope you snag him with the Rod.
4. You're missing solid answers to big Turn 5 threats like Makto and Tavrod. Transformation effects would be ideal.
If you want more removal, I'd go with Xenan Initiation because it synergizes so well with Worldbearer, Cirso, and Dawnwalker.

Already swapped out Cult Aspirant for some scorpion wasp and xenan Initiation. Also testing strategize.
Still got a lot of work to do since meta is full of removal spells :D
