This deck is quite good - it's important to remember it's a combo deck, so just merchant shuffling Xos and Hurlers is OK stalling strategy until you can get the combo. Drawing the combo pieces kinda sucks, but in a pinch you can Resurface a Strategize to bottom them and hope you draw another Gardens. It can also win as a straight Jennev deck, getting Zal Chi from the market as a win-con.

How is aid the hooru and withing hour cast without any of the corresponding sigils in the deck?

You play resurface with Gardens at 6 power, put aid or hour on top of the deck and use diogo to give it Destiny. Then you can use Re-read to cast it a 2md time.
