As of Xulta there's now enough neutral power cards to make a fully factionless deck. That said, just because you CAN doesn't mean you SHOULD. This is not a good deck.

- Try to avoid getting a 2nd type of influence from Ancient Manual to keep Veteran Mercenary active.
- Your only win conditions are Varret, Hero-in-Training if they goldfish, or Momentum Builder + Mask Maker if they lack hard removal.
- Your only removal is Alchemist's Concoction, so...

Looking forward to some more viable neutral options being introduced in the future.
