I tuned the power base and swapped some stuff for more consistency, but the basic idea is to play a Secret Weapon with Kaleb's Cloak on the board and then recruit Icaria, the Liberator. Ideally, do it with 4 power so you can use Rujin's Choice to fix your recruit draw.

Sorry, it should be Rijun's Choice. It's fixed in the description.

Play that just before playing a unit when you have the Cloak. That puts whatever card you want on top of your deck. Then play a unit and recruit what you want
