I tuned the power base and swapped some stuff for more consistency, but the basic idea is to play a Secret Weapon with Kaleb's Cloak on the board and then recruit Icaria, the Liberator. Ideally, do it with 4 power so you can use Ijin's Choice to fix your recruit draw.
